System Maintenance
All Steigen automated laundry drying systems require zero maintenance and are built to last for a decade. The only area on the system which requires attention would be the Ioniser.
The negative ions produced would neutralise the airborne allergens, hence, forming dust-like particles around the Ioniser. Wipe off the dust around the area, and you are good to go! Facing any tech issue? Simply drop us a text or call with your invoice number and let us help you.
Warranty Coverage
If you have not heard, all of our systems include a basic warranty which covers 2 years for system parts and 5 years for the up-down lifting motor. We also offer extended warranty options should you change your mind after installation. As long as the system is still within its warranty period, you may extend the warranty coverage. Psst…our warranty coverage will only commence upon system installation.
Steigen Care (Inclusive): 2 years for parts, 5 years for motor
SteigenCare+ ($100): 3 years for parts, 5 years for motor
SteigenCare Deluxe ($299): 5 years for parts, 5 years for motor
Post-warranty Services
Even when your warranty has expired, we will not leave you in the lurch. We offer post-warranty technical support where the labour and transportation costs are 100% covered by us. So, you only have to make payment for the system parts that require replacement.
