Despite being a German brand, we do have a local hotline for enquiries and technical services. Furthermore, all of our systems include free on-site basic warranty coverage of 2 years for parts and 5 years for the lifting motor.
3. No Hidden Costs
From installation, delivery to warranty, all you should need is included in our prices. Should you require technical assistance during your warranty period, everything from labour, transportation to equipment replacements, will be covered.
For services after the warranty period, you would only need to make payment for the equipment replacement. Labour and transportation will be covered by us.

Did you know we offer free site measurements every day? For 30 minutes, we will assess the area you would like to install the Steigen automated laundry drying system and recommend a model that best fits your space and needs. Also, we will further discuss with you the power source options available against your home compatibility.
At the end of your site measurement, we would share with you an assessment report curated just for you to help you narrow down your model options. The best part, these free site measurements are non-obligatory too. So, if you change your mind, no worries at all!
